Resolved - Our service provider has fixed the issue on their side, and AI Coach is functioning normally again.

Identified - We’re currently investigating elevated errors and intermittent delays impacting some requests to AI Coach due to an issue with an upstream service provider. Our team is applying mitigations and will continue to provide updates as we learn more and service stabilizes.
